Solar Joint (SJ) was among a few companies that I was eyeing to fulfill my solar energy requirement.

Due to me being busy with my office work, I couldn’t visit their office. I connected with them through a Facebook post where I was greeted by Sameera. He handled all queries through WhatsApp and was reachable with no issues – through messages and calls.

This company was the only company willing to visit the site, give their recommendations, and clarify all concerns we had without expecting any commitment or advance payment. During this visit, their Engineer Bhanuka explained everything in detail from the very basics – panel layouts, inverter options, on-grid / hybrid systems, oversizing/undersizing, and other technical considerations. This was when I decided to proceed with Solar Joint.

The installation team was led by Avishka Rathnayake, and the entire team was commendable. They were qualified technicians and conducted themselves in a respectable manner. They ensured safety of both their personnel and our property.

While the CEB clearance delay was beyond SJ’s control, they stayed in touch until everything was completed.

Now that the system is officially commissioned and live, I’m happy to share that everything is running smoothly without any issues. The inverter, panels, and the overall setup are performing exactly as expected. It’s been a completely hassle-free experience so far.

They go beyond the normal expectations of a contractor and genuinely care about delivering quality and customer satisfaction.

Thank you to the entire team — Sameera, Bhanuka, Avishka, Sherangi, and everyone else behind the scenes. I truly appreciate the effort.

Got a solar panel system installed at my house in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka, about two months ago, and I’m really satisfied with the great service provided by Solar Joint. I reached out to them from overseas, and they managed to coordinate the entire process seamlessly without my presence, with only a little support from my parents who live in the house.

I’ve been monitoring the performance of the system for over a month now and am happy to mention that it’s showing great results.
